If you enjoy a cocktail occasionally, keep your money at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your evening bag, your wallet, and leave all money, charge cards and checks back at the hotel. Only take only the money you anticipate to use on drinks, tipping and few dollars you expect to lose and leave the remainder behind.
Cynical? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You may well experience a win following a drunken night out with your comrades and be lucky sufficiently to hook a marathon toss at a hot craps table. Keep that account considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly drink alcohol and wager. The pair simply don’t mix.
Leaving your money out of the casino is a tiny bit excessive, but precautionary actions for excessive actions is necessary. If you gamble to succeed, then don’t drink alcohol and play. If you like to burn your cash without a concern, then drink all the no charge alcohol your stomach are able to handle, but don’t take plastic credit and chequebooks to toss into the mix of following losses after your dead drunk brain loses everything!
Let me to take this a single step more. do not drink and then hop on to the internet to gamble in your favorite casino either. I love to cocktail from the comfort of my condominium, however since I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit near by, I can’t drink and gamble.
How come? Even though I do not consume alcohol to excess, when I drink, it’s clearly adequate to befuddle my better judgment. I wager, so I don’t consume alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet at the same time. The two mix up for an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
